Absolutely stellar. I didn't know where to start to solve my bowing foundation wall and basement water leaks but saw that KC Foundation was a local company, so I decided to start there. I'm exceptionally glad that I did. The entire team is 100% professional. Great communication from the start, they stopped by for an estimate accommodating my schedule, then not only were they able to fit me to do the work within the first week of giving them a call, but got everything done in TWO days, leaving my place so tidy it hardly looked like they were there. I consider myself extremely critical on the rare occasion I hire out work, but have nothing but glowing praise for Andrew and his Team. My place has additional excavating needs in the future, and these guys have my business locked in. I recommend them without hesitation.

We needed to have our foundation and steps repaired, beams and concrete , to complete a refinance on our home .KC Foundation owner Andrew and his Crew Did an awesome amazing job . KC Foundation Repair did amazing work installing piers under my garage. Andrew took the time to explain what was being done and answered all of my questions. His team even used the extra wet concrete to fill small cracks in my driveway. I would definitely use KC Foundation Repair again if needing these services in the future.

Andrew and his team have been fantastic from the first time we made contact. We reached out when we got water in our basement - Andrew came out the next day and gave us a quote, he explained the issue, how to stop the issue and gave us some options. We liked his honestly and went with KC foundation repair and excavation for our job. It took us some time to get the money together, but once we did they were able to come out and do the repair 2 weeks later. The guys were all kind, punctual and knowledgeable. They explained everything going on and answered all questions. The work was done quickly and we don't have water in the basement anymore. They put piers in under our front stoop, installed carbon fiber straps, installed dimple board and drain tile, installed an additional sump pump, and filled a huge crack in our basement wall. This is a great company - Andrew and his team are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation work done.

These guys are awesome!
I had a back yard full of large tree limbs after a recent snow/ice storm. The large tree was a loss and so was I.
Andrew, from KC Foundation & Excavation (who also works on tree removal & cleanup), gave me a very reasonable estimate to clean up the broken limbs, take down the remaining tree and stump, and clean up debris. These guys are very hard working and did a great job. They went to work and got the work done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
